I graduated from Xiangya 7-year-program in 2010, and did 4 years of postdoctoral research at Massachusetts General Hospital before I joined Drs Alam and Li’s trauma translational and clinical research lab at University of Michigan in Nov, 2014.
I investigated effects of different histone deacetylase inhibitors on rodent model of severe sepsis and septic shock, mentored by Drs Alam and Li. I performed retrospective and perspective clinical research about management of non-operative mild head injuries, hospital policy of admitting critically injured trauma patients, provocative angiography after gastrointestinal bleeding, pancreatic trauma and thoracolumbar spine evaluation and screening after trauma, mentored by Dr. Velmahos.
